The Website is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
2. PRODUCTS
momo objects does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or available for purchase and reserve our right to stop selling a product. Products purchased on the Website are subject to return or exchange according to our Return policy, see more on right of withdrawal under point 9 below.
momo objects aims to always describe and represent the products on the Website as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. momo objects cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product at any time.
3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in Euros and include relevant taxes (e.g., VAT), unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices or correct errors before purchase completion. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout prior to purchase confirmation. Accepted payment methods include, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Google and Shopify Pay) Payments are typically processed immediately upon ordering.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and momo objects is not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice at any time.
Please note that delivery costs are not included in the prices for the products. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods in the checkout. If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges that are not included in our shipping fees. As the buyer, you will be responsible for any costs associated with importing the product into your country.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
Please ensure that you have read and understand the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. To place an order on the Website, you must be at least the age of majority in the country, state or province that you are located in. momo objects reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any incorrect information. Please note that products in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been placed at checkout, processed, and accepted by momo objects. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and billing information for all purchases made on the Website.
Prolonged inactivity may cause your connection to the Website to fail, and your selection of products to be lost. In that case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.
If you have issues with placing an order on the Website, please contact momo's Customer Care at hi.momoobjects@gmail.com. If you have placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact momo objects Customer Care at hi.momoobjects@gmail.com and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note that we are unable to cancel a personalized design or an order once it has started to be processed by our warehouse.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have placed your order, momo objects will send you an automatic order confirmation via email to confirm that your order has been received and that we will start to control the availability of the product(s). Please note that the order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
6. ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Please note that all orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance by momo objects. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship all orders from our momo farm in Barcelona, Spain. At the moment we ship in EU only.
In our commitment to sustainability, all products are made on demand. Due to this manufacturing process, delivery times may vary. We always strive to ship your order within a maximum of 2 weeks. However, if we anticipate any delays beyond this timeframe, we will notify you promptly via email.
Delays may occur due to payment authorization and/or stock availability. Once your order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. However, if momo objects fails to deliver your order within 60 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.
Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point or to your home, depending on your chosen delivery method. You will receive a delivery notification via email when your package is ready for collection or delivery. All orders are fully traceable by clicking on "View my order" in your order confirmation email or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

momo objects cannot guarantee that the information on the Website does not contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. In situations where momo acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. momo objects cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the Website or, for that matter, not being able to use the Website. momo objects cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the Website.

momo objects liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will momo assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Momo objects' liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order. In case of force majeure, momo's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and momo objects can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by momo objects.

13. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
If you purchase as a business or legal entity, and no separate contract exists, the following apply: Payment is by invoice due within 15 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur lawful interest.
You must inspect goods promptly and notify any defects without delay.
Liability is limited to direct damages capped at 50% of the purchase price; indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
Delivery terms default to Incoterms® 2020, which prevail over any conflicting Terms.
