Shipping

Where do we ship?

We ship from Barcelona and deliver to EU countries at the moment. If for any reason you can’t find your country in the shipping list, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I buy a momo object in person?

Yes! At our momo farm in barcelona. In case, you are here, you can come to say hi and pick up your order :)

At the moment, this is the only way you can see them physically alive.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do I have to pay tariffs for shipping?

If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to customs duties or charges that are not included in our shipping fees. As the buyer, you will be responsible for any costs associated with importing the product into your country.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

My order says its delivered but I haven't received it :(

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors in case they collected it. Sometimes, the courier may leave the package at a nearby pickup point if they couldn’t complete the delivery. In that case, check the tracking link you received in your shipping confirmation email to see whether a pickup point is listed.

If it still doesn’t show up, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that it may not be possible to offer a refund or replace your order.

I missed the delivery, what do I do now?

If you were unable to receive your order, please contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery. If the parcel is returned to us due to refusal, an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or because it wasn’t collected from the pickup point, we’ll issue a refund once we receive it back. Please note that the original shipping cost and any return shipping/handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you prefer a new delivery instead of a refund, you’ll need to pay the shipping costs again.

Can I return my product?

If you would like to return an item and request a refund, please contact us at hi.momoobjects@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

For a return to be accepted:

- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with their original tags, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, including any applicable taxes or duties.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if you benefited from free shipping. If a momo object is returned, we will deduct the shipping cost we initially covered.

The customer is responsible for the items until they arrive at our warehouse in good condition. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Please note:

- The conditions above apply only to in-stock items. Made-to-order or customized designs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale items can only be returned in exchange for store credit.

What is the return policy?

When you shop at momo-objects.com you always have free returns within 14 days. If you want to make a return, contact us at hi.momoobjects@gmail.com to get your return label.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. However, if it’s already on its way, you’ll need to receive it and request a return by sending us an email.

Production & Care

Where are your products manufactured?

Our momos are manufactured locally at our barcelona momo farm. We try our best to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How do I change the light bulb?

Follow these steps to change the bulb:
1. Disassemble the hat: Grab the lamp foot and twist the lamp to the left.

2. Unscrew the current bulb and twist to install the new one

3. Assemble the hat: Place the hat in between with the bulb in between and carefully twist the hat clockwise.

Which type of light bulbs work?

Our momo lamps should only be used with E27 base, with dimmable LED / Smart LED bulbs ONLY!
1 LED Bulb is already included in your order :)

How can I take care of my orders?

Taking care of your pieces helps them last longer — which is key to sustainability and to keeping your bond with your momos strong.

To keep them shiny and dust-free, simply wipe them gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Personalization

Do you offer personalized services?

Of course! We know every space is unique, so we offer custom sizes and colors across all our designs. We can create the momo object of your dreams, you can just fill out this form.

How much time does it take if I ask for a personalized order?

Our production time for made-to-order designs is usually 2 weeks approximately (depending on design and projects). If your order also includes in-stock items, we will ship everything together once your personalized design is ready.
